Glitter powders are fine glitters for decorating most surfaces. They can be mixed with the Setacolor Light Fabrics range. Glitter powders are used in combination with Setacolor permanent glue or Setacolor 3D glue. Once the glue is applied, simply sprinkle the glitter of your chosen color and set.
